About me

I am a mental health trainer and consultant. I work in all sectors delivering accredited courses (such as Mental Health First Aid). I specialise in working with universities to design bespoke training workshops for specific groups (Resident Advisors, Student Union Officers, Managers etc).

My training is informed by my Churchill fellowship, learning from experts in the best North American universities. I've collaborated to produce workshops with Mind and Student Minds and I'm an Associate Trainer for Mental Health First Aid England.  

I deliver ongoing training and consultancy at University of London, Queen Mary University, University of the Arts London, University of Manchester and Aston University.

I’ve worked with a range of companies in all sectors to deliver MHFA training and design bespoke training including Benugo, London Landmark Hotel, NHS Sussex, NHS Leicestershire and AMP Capital.
